  • 500g shark meat
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 green chilies, slit
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Shark Meat:

    • Clean and cut the shark meat into pieces.
    • Boil the shark meat with a little salt and turmeric powder until it is cooked. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the Curry:

    • Heat oil in a pan. Add the chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
    • Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.
    • Add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder. Cook for a few minutes until the spices are well mixed.
    • Add the cooked shark meat to the pan and mix well.
