    • Preparation:
      1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add curry leaves, chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, and garlic. Sauté until the onions are golden brown.
      2. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and chopped tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
      3. Add coconut milk and bring it to a gentle simmer.
      4. Add the Barramundi fillets and cook for 5-7 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
      5. Serve hot with steamed rice or naan.
  2. Grilled Barramundi with Indian Spices

    • Ingredients: Barramundi fillets, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, salt, and oil.
    • Preparation:
      1. Make a marinade using lemon juice, crushed garlic, grated ginger, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, salt, and a bit of oil.
