  • 500g Tiger prawns (big size)

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds until they splutter.
